Fortified Wines

A blend of extra light, light and heavy pot still rums distilled from fermented molasses from the Worthy Park Estate sugar mill. Dark, charred spice, with a thick mouth feel. Opens wonderfully with some ice. Maybe toss an orange slice in.

A fantastic tequila top to bottom. The value. The consistency. The delightful agave, grass, spice, and earth. Vegetal and delicate.

Moscatel grapes are first hand harvested & fermented into wine. Then the wine is distilled in a copper pot still. This Pisco offers lovely aromatics and the back bone of a perfect summer cocktail.

Exclusively harvested, distilled, aged, and bottled at their own Chateau. Aged in dry cellars with an on-lees distillation. A very fancy, particular, and sought after bottle.

A superb gin and a connoisseur’s delight, made with juniper berries, orange and lemon peels, coriander, anise, fennel and ginger.

A perfect balance of mint, bitter orange, and gentian notes with an irresistible licorice aftertaste.
